Small on Space – Big on Impact! The site was incredibly challenging having a total area of under 50sq metres & only 3.5 metres wide added to this there were issues of undermining the existing house and having to retain the neighbour’s property which was elevated. With clever design & engineering we overcame these issues and were able to create an Award Winning Landscape.
As the existing house had very narrow windows we installed non opening fixed picture frame windows to showcase the spa on one side and a water feature tucked in on the return wall to capture the movement of water from inside the house. There is a unique overflow bench integration between the pool and spa highlighted with different tiles. A small feature olive tree and waterspout installed to soften the space and provide further focal points from inside and outside.
Clever design making house widows pool safe meant using minimal pool fencing was required and pool equipment was located around sideway not in use and out of sight.
