Resort Style Oasis

For a returning client’s most ambitious project yet, Nature’s Best Landscapes transformed an elevated, two-acre block into a resort-style oasis built around water. A central rill runs from the circular driveway to the front door – a theatrical entrance that wraps the home so it appears to float above water, resurfaces as a wind-protected wet edge to the elevated pool, and echoes again in the client’s old swimming pool, retained and softened into a tranquil reflection pond.

Beyond the entrance, the garden unfolds into distinct destinations: a tennis court, a pool terrace overlooking the fire pit, a relaxation lawn, and a wellness and sauna garden, linked by boulder retaining walls and stepping stones. Planting moves from clipped, formal hedging near the house to informal native bushland further out, with uplit feature trees extending the water theme’s theatre after dark.
